For five seasons, she captivated audiences as the daughter-in-law of Karen Fairgate, a character played by Michele Lee. The role solidified her presence on television and made her a familiar face in many American households. Interestingly, Lincoln also appeared as a corpse in a recurring role known simply as “Sally’s friend” across eight episodes, showing her unique willingness to play unconventional parts.
Her career began with a brave and emotional performance in the 1985 television film Children of the Night, where she portrayed a teenage sex worker. Starring alongside Kathleen Quinlan and Mario Van Peebles, her role was challenging but impactful, marking her arrival in the entertainment industry. In more recent years, she took roles in indie and horror projects like Autumn Road, Expulsion, From the Dark, and the offbeat action-horror film Sky Sharks. Her last on-screen appearance was in the 2022 movie Ghost Party.
Outside of acting, Lincoln was deeply involved in supporting up-and-coming actors. Based in Dallas, she founded Actors Audition Studios, where she mentored young performers and helped them break into the industry. Her book, Get Started, Not Scammed, was a guide for aspiring artists to avoid pitfalls and scams in the entertainment business.
She also had a successful stint as a celebrity guest on QVC, appearing regularly for nearly two decades. During that time, she launched her own clothing brand, the Piper Alexander collection, blending her passion for performance with fashion and design.
